Pricing questions
- What is a letter credit and does it expire?
- One credit is one finished letter: AI draft, DIN 5008 PDF and digital signature. Credits from a single purchase, the 5-pack or Business never expire.
- Letter credits or Pro – which is right for me?
- For occasional letters, credits are cheaper: €5 for one letter, €15 for five. If you write regularly, choose Pro with 5 letters per month for €9 monthly or €49 per year. Pro can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard.
- Is the letter delivered to the recipient?
- No. After signing you receive the finished PDF by email. You forward it yourself or print it and send it by post.
- What does the Business package include?
- 1,000 letter credits for a one-time €800, your own letterhead via PDF upload, no expiry and top-ups at any time. For larger volumes we prepare a custom offer.
